CANCELLATION POLICY

Any cancellations made less that 24 hours before your appointment will result in the loss of your deposit. Same Day Cancellation- There will be No rescheduling and deposits are Non Refundable, you will be charge 100% of the service amount. You will have to book a new appointment. Deposits- Are $25 of your total balance and are Non-Refundable. Late Policy - Please take my time into consideration. If you are more than 15 minutes late. You are considered late and a fee of $15 will be applied to your final total. Late appointments after 20 minutes will be canceled. You will forfeit your deposit. No-Shows- Clients who do not show up without notice will be required to pay full price before booking again. Home Base- I’m happy to travel to you! Please note that a $30 travel fee must be added to your service. Appointments without this fee added cannot be confirmed. By booking appointment, you agree to these policies.
